In my view, some of the prerequisites to high-impact coaching include:
a dissatisfaction with the status quo; an openness to (sometimes painful) change; a willingness to reflect; accepting the tension of traveling across uncharted waters; and humility – saying ‘yes’ to the concept of a beginner’s mind. These basics, which can be learned, create the foundation for growth.
